So, everyone knows that to have the true BYU experience you have to go to the Festival of Colors. Unfortunately it always falls over Brandon's birthday, so we have never gone.
This year I decided that I wanted to surprise him and take him for his birthday. It wasn't much of a surprise after I told him to wear clothes he didn't mind getting dirty.
We ended up parking super far away, and so had to walk about 20 minutes, in the cold, to get to the Hindu temple, where it was held.
The Hindu temple. It was crazy to see so many people all covered in different colors!
Here is our before picture.
The throwing of the chalk was so cool. It was like we were in a big cloud of pink dust. This picture was taken after.
The end results!
